Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

For Sticker Orders Outside of the United States: If you are located outside of the United States, only ordering stickers, and are okay not having a tracking link, a cheaper shipping rate is available. To process a sticker order without a tracking link, please send us a message using the chat feature here on our MegEmikoArt website or send us an email at megemikoart@gmail.com with the subject: Stamp Sticker Order. From there, we can process your order and your stickers will be shipped to you without a tracking link and with a cheaper shipping. Please note: because there will be no tracking link, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen sticker orders. There is always a risk that sticker orders may get lost without a tracking link. 

Lost / Stolen Packages: Once your order has been shipped, the package is out of our control. The tracking link information is all we have. If you're not sure where your package is, please use the tracking link and/or contact your postal service with the tracking link information to see if they can track it down. If the package still can't be located, we can offer you a coupon to order again. Because such a large portion of proceeds are donated, we cannot at the moment afford to send free replacements for lost or stolen packages. Thank you for your kindness and understanding!
